The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has officially announced the schedule for the 2026 Class 10 (Madhyamik) and Class 12 (Higher Secondary) board examinations. According to the board’s notification, the Class 12 exams will begin on February 25 and continue until March 30, while the Class 10 exams will be held from February 26 to March 24. The practical examinations for both classes are scheduled between November 17 and December 1, 2025.This year, over 38,000 students are set to appear for the Class 10 exams and nearly 30,000 for Class 12. The TBSE has released a detailed subject-wise timetable to help students prepare in advance.

TBSE Class 12 Higher Secondary exam schedule

The Tripura Board Class 12 exams will begin with English and language papers in February and conclude with vocational subjects on March 30.

A total of 29,943 students will appear for the Class 12 examinations this year. The practical exams for science, arts, and commerce streams will be held from November 17 to December 1, 2025.

The Tripura Board Class 10 exams will start on February 26 and end on March 24.

Around 38,135 students are registered to appear for the Madhyamik examination this year. The TBSE has stated that all exams will follow the prescribed curriculum, and students are advised to download the official timetable from the board’s website for subject-wise details.

TBSE practical exams and preparation tips

TBSE will conduct practical examinations for both classes from November 17 to December 1, 2025, giving students ample time to revise before theory exams begin. Schools have been asked to ensure that all laboratory and project work is completed within this window.Students are encouraged to follow the official timetable, revise previous question papers, and focus on key subjects early to manage time effectively during the board season.
