MP AYUSH NEET UG counselling 2025: Stray vacancy round 2 schedule released; check details here
The Directorate of AYUSH, Government of Madhya Pradesh, has released the schedule for the second round of the stray vacancy counselling under the Madhya Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) AYUSH 2025 admission process. Eligible candidates can complete the online registration for the round 2 stray vacancy counselling at ayush.mponline.gov.in until 3 December, 2025. The Madhya Pradesh NEET AYUSH counselling process facilitates admissions to undergraduate programmes in Ayurveda, Unani, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, and Yoga offered across government, autonomous, and private institutions in the state.According to the official schedule, the edit facility for the registration form will remain available only for those candidates who had freshly registered in the stray vacancy round 1. This window will close at 11:59 pm on 3 December, 2025

Follow the steps below to complete the registration:
- Visit the official
Madhya Pradesh AYUSH counselling portal at ayush.mponline.gov.in. - Select the NEET UG AYUSH 2025 counselling section from the homepage.
- Click on the registration link for stray vacancy round 2.
- Fill in all required personal, academic, and
NEET UG 2025 examination details. - Upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay the registration fee through the available online payment modes.
- Submit the form and save the confirmation page for future reference.

Record verification at designated help centres will be conducted on 5 December, 2025. Candidates should note that once the verification process is completed, no further corrections to personal or academic details will be permitted. The merit list for the Madhya Pradesh AYUSH stray vacancy round 2 will also be released on the same day.Candidates who qualify will be able to submit and lock their choices online by 6 December, 2025. The college-wise merit list is scheduled to be published on 7 December. As per the notification, reporting to the allotted college must be completed by 4 pm on 8 December. The list of candidates who have successfully reported will be issued later that evening, by 6 pm. The last date for cancellation of admission is 9 December, up to 6 pm.
