AISSEE 2026 Sainik School admissions: Application correction window opens at exams.nta.nic.in; check direct link and list of editable fields
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application correction facility for the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2026. Registered candidates can now edit specific details in their application forms through the official website at exams.nta.nic.in.To access the correction window, candidates must log in using their application number and password. The correction facility will remain active until 14 November, 2025.The AISSEE 2026 is scheduled to be held on 18 January, 2026 for admission to Classes 6 and 9 in Sainik Schools and New Sainik Schools across India for the academic session 2026-27.
AISSEE 2026: Editable fields
Candidates can edit the information in their online application forms as per the following guidelines:Candidates shall be allowed to change the following details:
- Category and sub-category
- Class (applied for)
- Medium
- Photograph
- Signature
- Category certificate
- Date of birth certificate
- Studentship certificate
- Examination cities within the same state/Union Territory (all four preferences)
AISSEE 2026: Non editable fields
Candidates shall not be allowed to change the following details:
- Name of candidate
- Mobile number
- Email ID
- Address (permanent and present)
- Name of father
- Name of mother
- Date of birth
- Gender
AISSEE 2026: How to make corrections
Candidates who wish to make corrections can follow the steps given below to edit their AISSEE 2026 application form.
- Visit the official NTA website at exams.nta.nic.in.
- Go to the
Sainik School Society section on the homepage. - Click on the “Correction Window for AISSEE-2026 Examination” link.
- Enter your application number, password, and security code to log in.
- Make the necessary corrections as permitted and save the changes.
- Download and print the revised application form for future reference.
