Bajaj Finance board to look at spl dividend

Mumbai: Bajaj Finance’s board will meet on April 29 to consider a special interim dividend for FY25, an exchange filing said. The board will also take up proposals for a stock split and a bonus issue, subject to shareholder nod.These discussions will be in addition to reviewing the company’s financial results.
