Gold, Silver Prices Today Live Updates: Gold, silver rates rebound after crash; will the rally sustain?

Gold and silver futures opened the day with sharp gains, snapping back strongly after three consecutive sessions of heavy losses, as bargain hunting at lower price points resurfaced on the MCX and provided a firm floor to precious metal prices.

During the session, MCX silver futures for March 5, 2026 delivery surged 6%, climbing Rs 13,739 to trade at Rs 2,50,000 per kg. Meanwhile, gold futures for April 2, 2026 advanced Rs 4,309, or 3%, rebounding to Rs 1,48,300 per 10 grams.
