HPRCA has announced 390 vacancies for the post of Assistant Staff Nurse. Reservation will be provided as per state government rules.To apply, candidates must have B.Sc Nursing with at least 50 per cent marks or a GNM diploma with 50 per cent marks. Registration with the Himachal Pradesh Nurses Registration Council is mandatory.Only female candidates who are bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh can apply. The age limit is 21 to 45 years as on January 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be given to reserved categories as per government norms.
HPRCA Recruitment 2026: Application fee and selection process
All candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 800. This includes examination and processing charges. The fee must be paid online. Applications without fee payment will not be accepted.The selection process will include a computer-based test or written screening test. Candidates who qualify will be called for document verification. Final selection will be based on performance in the examination and verification of documents.The selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly honorarium as decided by the department.
