India Bike Week 2025 postponed: Revised dates, ticket details & more

The 12th edition of India Bike Week (IBW) has officially been rescheduled. Originally slated for December 12–13, the festival will now take place a week later, on December 19–20, 2025, at its usual venue in Vagator, Goa. The change comes in light of the upcoming local Zilla Parishad elections.

The organisers had paused ticket sales soon after announcing the postponement, assuring fans that new dates would be shared shortly. With the fresh schedule now confirmed, the festival is back on track.For those who’ve already booked their passes, there’s good news. All existing tickets remain valid for the new dates, meaning there’s no need for re-purchases. However, anyone unable to attend the rescheduled event can claim a full refund through the official IBW website. Ticket sales will resume once the updates are fully reflected on the event’s booking platform.A major attraction this year will be the Jameson IBW Bike Build Off, where India’s leading custom motorcycle builders will go head-to-head, transforming stock Harley-Davidson X440 bikes into one-of-a-kind creations. Each of the three finalists will receive a build budget of Rs 1.5 lakh, and the overall winner will win a trip to the Adventure Bike Rider Festival 2026 in the UK to showcase their masterpiece on an international stage.
In addition, Harley-Davidson will host the IBW Flat Track Race, featuring custom-built Harley-Davidson 440X motorcycles crafted by Rajputana Customs.
